Job summary

Zoho is seeking a Team Lead - Treasury Operations to oversee day-to-day treasury functions, liquidity management, and fund movements with banking partners. You will ensure timely settlements and accurate cash handling while coordinating with Finance and Operations.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in treasury/ banking operations, experience with fiat and stablecoins, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills to build dashboards and MIS reports for executives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Treasury Operations, Banking Operations or Payment Operations.
• Knowledge of Fiat and stablecoins in cross-border payments.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with hands-on Excel/Google Sheets.

Job Title: Team Lead - Treasury Operations

Role Overview

This role is responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day treasury and fund movement operations, ensuring that liquidity, settlements, and banking transactions are executed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate would be from a Treasury Operations, Banking Operations, Payment Operations, Fintech, PSP, Acquiring, or Cross-Border Payments environment, with a good understanding of fiat/stablecoin movements, liquidity management, settlements, and banking transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury transfers and fund movements across banking partners.
• Monitor and execute liquidity movements to ensure smooth operational cash flow.
• Prepare and maintain treasury dashboards, MIS reports, and operational analytics .
• Track balances, settlements, and transaction flows to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Finance, Operations, and Banking Partners for issue resolution.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Treasury Operations / Banking Operations / Payment Operations .
• Fintech, Payments, Banking, PSP, Acquiring, or Cross-Border Payments background preferred, Knowledge of Fiat and stable coins
• Good understanding of banking transactions, fund transfers, and liquidity management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with hands-on experience in Excel / Google Sheets .
• Ability to prepare dashboards and interpret operational data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
