Job summary

TazaPay is seeking a Team Lead - Partner Onboarding in Delhi to manage end-to-end onboarding of merchants and payment/banking partners, ensuring smooth, compliant setups.

You will coordinate with Sales, Partnerships, Compliance, Risk, Product and Operations, drive onboarding governance, and track progress with Jira workflows.

Requires 4+ years in fintech/payments with strong stakeholder management and hands-on process execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in fintech/payments onboarding or partner management.
• Strong understanding of risk and compliance considerations in payment onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Merchant onboarding across multiple payment and banking partners.
• Virtual Account (VA) creation and management.
• Understanding of pay-in, payout, and card checkout flows.
• Knowledge of global fiat and stablecoin fund flows.

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of relevant experience

Fintech, Payments, Banking, PSP, Acquiring, or Cross-Border Payments background preferred

Strong understanding of risk and compliance considerations in payment flows

Excellent stakeholder management and operational execution skills
