• Strong experience managing both Physician Billing AR and DME Billing AR Operations.
• Proven experience handling large AR portfolios and complex payer environments.
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience managing Managers and Team Leads.
• Experience managing operational teams of 500+ FTEs.
