Job summary

Knack RCM in Jaipur, Rajasthan invites experienced healthcare RCM professionals to join as a Senior Team Lead in DME Billing operations. You will oversee AR follow-up, denial management, and payer communications, guiding a 10–25 FTE team to achieve strong collection performance.

The role requires 4+ years in US Healthcare RCM, hands-on expertise in Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payer guidelines, and proven ability to mentor and escalate when needed in a fast-paced, performance-driven

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Minimum 1–2 years in a Team Lead, SME, or Senior Associate role within DME Billing Operations.
• Strong expertise in DME Billing, AR Follow-up, Insurance Calling, and Denial Management.
• Good understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Payer guidelines.
• Ability to monitor and improve team productivity, quality, and collection performance.
• Experience managing and mentoring teams of 10–25 FTEs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle escalations and support client requirements effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
