Job summary

Movate Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Team Lead to run shifts across Software Asset Management, Software Procurement, and Contract Management. You will ensure SLA/KPI compliance, queue management, backlog reduction, and timely escalations while coaching a team through 1:1s and cross-training.

You will oversee licensing, renewals, license lifecycle, harvesting, true-ups, and compliance, support reporting on utilization and license position, and drive automation and process

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations across SAM, Procurement & Contract Management, and CLH.
• Ensure SLA/KPI compliance, queue management, backlog reduction, and escalations.
• Manage team performance, coaching, 1:1s, cross-training, and knowledge transfer.
• Oversee licensing, renewals, license lifecycle, harvesting, true-ups, and compliance.
• Support reporting on utilization, TTR, chargeback, and license position.
• Drive automation, process improvements, RCA, and ServiceNow migration initiatives.
• Manage vendor/client escalations and ensure smooth shift handovers.
• Collaborate with other Team Leaders for consistent service delivery.
