You will guide design and development of control systems, HMIs, and integration with PLCs, ensuring timely and cost-efficient execution while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• 15+ years of experience in Automation systems & controls with process experience in Cement/Mining.

Responsible for complete technical deliverables with respect to DCS systems project.• Plan for the project team set-up based on the project scope. Right skill sets required for the project execution is ensured in the team• Will be responsible for getting projects executed as per scope agreed with the LBL’s. Will regularly review the progress & check on the quality process followed in execution.• Ensure projects are executed and milestones are met as per the schedule agreed. Drive effective change management• Maintain good working relation with the counterpart in LBL. Escalations if any will be handled with utmost importance.• Drive quality culture in the team. Outputs are audited before delivered.• Work on training and development of team members based on the requirements. Skill set matrix is regularly updated and gaps if any are filled through planning required trainings.Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)Minimum Diploma/B.Tech/ B.E from a reputed University with First Class in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics engineering.15 + years of relevant work experience in Automation systems & controls with relevant process experience in Cement /Mining.Knowledge of DCS/ PLC HW/SW ComponentsKnowledge of IT/ Network/ Peripherals like UPS, Printer, PC’s, Server components of DCSknowledge in application programming & HMI development/ modifications for PLC/ DCS systemsKnowledge on different communication protocols used between PLC & Drives or in automationKnowledge of below ABB systems is added advantage -ABB automation systems like 800xA, Advant, Compact HMI etc.ABB ACS880 multi drive, standalone drive.ABB ACS800 multi drive, standalone drivesMore about us:The Process Industries Division serves the mining, minerals processing, metals, cement, pulp and paper, battery manufacturing, and food and beverage, as well as their associated service industries.
