Job summary

Zepto is seeking a results-oriented Program Manager to lead Last Mile initiatives in Bengaluru. You will partner with operations, product, tech, finance, growth, and supply teams to optimize rider supply, reliability, and cost efficiency.

You will analyze metrics, build KPI dashboards, and drive actionable improvements across multiple projects. You should bring 3–5 years of PM/ops experience in logistics or delivery, strong SQL and Excel skills, and a proven track record of cross-functional

• 3–5 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Last Mile Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, logistics, or delivery operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of rider supply operations and delivery performance metrics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboarding tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to convert data into actionable business insights.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and execution-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Last Mile programs focused on rider supply, reliability, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Last Mile Operations, City Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, Growth, and Supply teams.
• Analyse rider supply, onboarding, attendance, utilisation, delivery productivity, and cost metrics.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards.
• Identify operational gaps through data analysis and root-cause analysis.
• Create action plans to improve rider availability, reduce delays, and optimise manpower costs.
• Lead pilots, process improvements, automation initiatives, and incentive optimisation programs.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and process guidelines.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and share actionable insights with leadership.
• Support rider sourcing, engagement, retention, and reliability initiatives.
• Ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
