As a Senior Product Manager – Last Mile, you will own and scale the end-to-end last‑mile delivery experience across customer, rider, and operations touchpoints. You will work at the intersection of logistics, operations, and technology to build high‑impact products that enable faster, more reliable, and cost‑efficient deliveries.

Last‑Mile Delivery (LM) – Own DE + 3P Delivery Product Charter
- Build and scale the end‑to‑end last‑mile delivery product, enabling Licious to move from dependency on third‑party partners to a high‑control, owned last‑mile model.
- Drive improvements in SLA adherence (promised delivery time vs. actual) and CPD (Cost Per Delivery) across a daily order volume of 35,000–40,000 orders.
- Own and evolve the Last‑Mile Delivery App, including future roadmap for app store deployment (modules for hiring, L&D, incentives, gamification, DE engagement, and performance tracking).
- Partner deeply with Last‑Mile Ops to build tech that improves delivery efficiency, reduces delays, and enhances customer and delivery‑executive experience.
- Build frameworks to compare and improve 3P vs. owned delivery CX and DX.
- Own the last‑mile delivery product roadmap, aligned to business goals such as SLA adherence, cost per delivery, rider productivity, and customer NPS.
- Define and prioritize problems across order allocation, rider routing, batching, slotting, ETA accuracy, cancellations, and exceptions.
- Drive product vision for both customer‑facing and ops/rider‑facing experiences.
Execution & Delivery
- Translate complex operational problems into clear product requirements, PRDs, and success metrics.
- Partner closely with engineering, data science, design, operations, and supply chain teams to ship high‑quality solutions.
- Lead experimentation (A/B tests, pilots) to improve delivery speed, reliability, and unit economics.
Data & Metrics
- Use data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities across the delivery funnel.
- Define and track key metrics:
- Delivery success rate & customer complaints
- Leverage predictive and real‑time signals for decision‑making
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the single‑threaded owner for last‑mile initiatives.
- Work closely with city ops, hub managers, and central ops teams to deeply understand on‑ground challenges.
- Communicate progress, trade‑offs, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications
- 4–8+ years of Product Management experience.
- 3+ years working on logistics,UJ2019last‑mile, food delivery, or quick commerce products.
- Strong understanding of hyper‑local delivery operations.
- Proven ability to ship products in high‑scale, time‑sensitive environments.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with large datasets and metrics.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications generative design
- Experience in food delivery, e‑commerce, ride‑hailing, or quick commerce companies.
- Exposure to routing algorithms, dispatch systems, or real‑time optimization problems.
- Experience building ops‑heavy internal tools.
- MBA or equivalent experience (nice to have, not mandatory).
