Job summary

ADP in India is seeking an Implementation Consultant for Workforce Management (Time & Attendance) to lead end-to-end implementations for enterprise clients. The role is 100% client-facing, aligned to US EST hours, and involves functional consulting, project management, and system configuration.

You will conduct workshops, gather requirements, own PM duties, and coordinate data migration and testing with HRIS/payroll systems. Strong ownership and adaptability across platforms are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in HCM systems with Time & Attendance, Core HR, Payroll, or Talent modules.
• Strong client-facing and consultative skills; ability to lead discussions and influence decision-making.
• Experience in project planning, reporting, and governance.
• Experience with system configuration, data migration, and UAT.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Time & Attendance or HCM implementations and migrations, from discovery to deployment.
• Conduct client workshops and translate requirements into system solutions.
• Own ~70% of project management responsibilities including planning, tracking, and execution.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, dashboards, and status reporting.
• Define and manage RACI matrices and escalation frameworks.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Configure systems per client specs (time rules, pay policies, schedules, workflows).
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors.
• Manage data migration, validation, and integration with HRIS/payroll.
• Design and execute test scenarios, UAT, and parallel runs.
• Provide training, change management, and post-go-live support.
• Support go-live activities, cutover, and hyper-care stabilization.
• Participate in client calls across UK/US time zones.

The role requires strong ownership, client engagement, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Time & Attendance or HCM Implementation and migration projects, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct client workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into system solutions.
• Own ~70% of project management responsibilities including planning, tracking, and execution
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, dashboards, and status reporting
• Define and manage RACI matrix and escalation frameworks

• Configure systems based on client specifications, including time rules, pay policies, schedules, and HCM workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, IT, and third-party vendors.

• Design and execute test scenarios, User Acceptance Testing, and parallel runs
• Provide training, change management, and post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption.
• Support go-live activities, cutover planning, and hyper care stabilization
• Participate in client calls across UK and US time zones, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
• Stay current with HCM technologies and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms.

Required Skills:

• 3–8 years of experience in HCM systems, with exposure to Time & Attendance, Core HR, Payroll, or Talent modules.
• Strong client-facing and consultative skills; ability to lead discussions and influence decision-making.
• Experience in project planning, reporting, and governance.
• Solid understanding of HCM processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience with system configuration, data migration, and UAT.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to transition to new platforms and work in US shifts.
