Responsibilities

• Track and ensure timely completion of the AICP process.
• Groom, guide, and support Operations team members to improve performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Track and follow up on overdues and ensure timely closure.
• Streamline day-to-day operations processes.
• Conduct client and deputee meetings.
• Ensure smooth coordination between clients, deputees, and Operations.
• Monitor performance and ensure timelines are met.

• Manage payroll and HR operations for a high volume of employees, preferably within the staffing industry.
• Lead and manage a team of 4?5 Operations team members.
• Track and ensure timely completion of the AICP process.
• Groom, guide, and support Operations team members to improve their performance and process knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Track and follow up on overdues and ensure timely closure.
• Streamline and improve day-to-day operations processes.
• Conduct and lead client and deputee meetings.
• Ensure smooth coordination between clients, deputees, and the internal Operations team.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure processes are completed within defined timelines.
