Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in core staffing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Hands-on experience using staffing processes & tools.
• Knowledge of IT Skills, Roles, and Responsibilities.
• Experience in handling difficult negotiations and escalations.
• Being responsive, resourceful, and critical thinking with a sense of urgency, paired with a friendly, diplomatic demeanour.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end Staffing for the Portfolio assigned.
• Major activities include Demand validation, proposal addition, next steps, interview coordination, assignments, and ramp-down validations.
• Serve as the Primary point of contact for Staffing for stakeholders from the Delivery, Practices, Talent Acquisition and Global Staffing teams.
• Maintain constant communication with delivery leaders to stay updated on changes in Demand and Headcount.
• Provide timely updates and callout next steps to stakeholders.
• Maintain the hygiene of the internal staffing systems and do daily validation of the current status.
• Monitor and report Staffing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
