Job summary

Acumen 360 Consulting & HR Solutions is seeking a Process Safety Specialist to ensure compliance with PSM standards and oversee critical safety assessments in the Gujarat plant. You will conduct HAZOP, HIRA, JSA, LOPA, PSSR, and risk studies to identify hazards and drive mitigation actions.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) principles and practices.
• Experience conducting HAZOP, LOPA, MOC, PSSR, HIRA, and RCA.
• Familiarity with chemical process operations and risk assessment techniques.

• Monitor critical process safety parameters and recommend improvements.
• Participate in Management of Change (MOC) and Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) activities.
• Conduct process safety audits and ensure closure of observations.
• Provide process safety training and awareness to plant personnel.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and EHS teams to enhance plant safety and reliability.
• Support implementation of process safety improvement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
