Job summary

BMW TechWorks India Private Limited in Pune is seeking a Team Lead for Mobility Solutions to steer post-production development, change and release management for vehicle programs.

You will coordinate with interface partners, manage CAD data in CATIA V5, and ensure data and documentation meet BMW standards. The role demands strong communication and 10–14 years of automotive engineering experience.

• Leading Development during the phase of post-production, Change Management, Release management, target management, Cost reduction, Steering changes etc.
• Knowledge of common manufacturing methods for (Repair and Puncture Kit, Warning Triangle).
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate independently with interface partners
• Ability to manage and maintain data and documentation in accordance with BMW standards

Must have technical skills.

• Very good skills in CATIA V5, especially in Generative Shape Design, Part Design, Drafting, and Digital Mockup
• Good knowledge of the PRISMA database for publication and data management
• Experience with collision checks and integration of special characteristics, tolerances, and component identification in drawings.

Good Technical skills

• Familiarity with different manufacturing technologies for Soft Trim Parts.
• Understanding of fixation parts and assembly processes
