What should you bring along

• Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools such as CATIA, along with and PLM systems (Teamcenter) for data and lifecycle management.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with design and styling partners
• Very good English language skills (German language is an advantage).
• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in industrial design, Transportation Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in automotive domain in overall full vehicle design concept development.
• Proactive, teamwork-oriented mindset with the ability to operate in a matrix environment.

• Overall vehicle development knowledge
• Knowledge of Vehicle Architecture, Packaging, Integration, DMU and Weight management
• Basic knowledge of CADs and PLM tools

• Ability to work in fast-paced development environment

Good to have Technical skills

• Value analysis and Value Engineering
• Experience working with BMW design studios or automotive styling teams, preferably in international collaborations.
• Knowledge of digitization workflows, data exchange formats, and version control in a design/engineering context.
