Eclat Health Solutions is seeking a Team Lead for Surgery Coding in Mumbai. The role involves leading a dedicated Surgery Medical Coding team, overseeing coding accuracy, audits, and performance against SLAs in a US healthcare setting.

You will mentor staff, review operative reports, and ensure compliance with CPT and ICD-10-CM/PCS guidelines. The ideal candidate has hands-on US surgery coding experience and proven team leadership with strong communication skills.

• Strong experience in US Healthcare Surgery Coding.
• 1 year of documented Team Lead experience.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM/PCS and surgical coding guidelines.
