Gratitude India is seeking a senior leader for Live TV & Media Operations in Bengaluru. You will lead teams across live TV, sports, and OTT operations, ensuring high-quality streams, adherence to SLAs, and smooth escalation handling.

You will coordinate with clients, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements in processes and incident response. A strong leader with clear communication and troubleshooting skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in live TV/sports/OTT operations.
• Strong communication and coordination with clients and teams.
• Troubleshooting and RCA/SOPs for live feeds and outages.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in live TV/sports/OTT operations.
• Monitor live streams, SLAs and quality metrics.
• Manage escalations, RCA and SOP documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and prepare operational reports.
