Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Pune is seeking a Team Leader for International Process BPO to drive operational excellence and lead high-performing customer service teams.

You will coach frontline associates, ensure SLAs, manage escalations, analyze performance trends, and implement improvements while fostering engagement and governance.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in Operations, Customer Service or Contact Center environments.
• Prior team handling experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Team Lead in BPO International Process.
