Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Team Lead for our Delivery center in New Delhi. You will be responsible for shift operations at our DCs and support the DC manager in performance management and driving the operational plan.

Essential functions include working with the Center manager, executing the delivery process to customer addresses, and ensuring enough bandwidth during peak times. A day in the life involves stakeholder interactions with a strong bias for action.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
