• France payroll experience, 4 to 10 years.
• Good in Excel, hands‑on on SAP and SuccessFactors.
• Experience in pre‑ and payroll processes.
• Excellent knowledge of leaves, sickness calculations and regulatory filings for France.
• Good communication skills; ability to manage clients in English and French.

Good to have skills

• Hands‑on experience in SuccessFactors report creation and resolving replication issues.
• Weekend off; however at times during cut‑off the team is expected to be available.
