Invesco in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Team Lead for Financial Planning and Management (FPM) to drive Oracle Fusion Financials initiatives, manage period-end close, and lead a team of Business Analysts. You will translate business needs into scalable system solutions and ensure QA, testing, and data governance excellence.

The role requires strong Oracle Fusion Financials expertise, leadership, and collaboration with stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Financials (AP, GL, FA).
• Strong hands-on experience configuring Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, integrations, conversions, and reporting solutions.
• Experience with business requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and process consulting.
• Strong troubleshooting and issue-resolution skills across business and technical teams.
• Experience creating test plans, test scripts, user documentation, and training materials.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar project management tools.
• Experience evaluating Oracle quarterly patches and conducting release testing.
• Proven leadership experience managing Business Analysts and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials professional to lead Finance systems initiatives, period-end close support, and a team of Business Analysts.
