Invesco Ltd. is seeking an experienced Team Lead for Finance Systems to drive Oracle Fusion Financials initiatives and lead a team of Business Analysts. The role focuses on period-end close support, process improvements, and stakeholder engagement to ensure stable finance applications.

The ideal candidate will oversee roadmap delivery, collaborate with vendors and technology teams, and ensure high-quality financial data governance and testing practices across Oracle platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Financials (AP, GL, FA).
• Hands-on configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, integrations, and reporting.
• Experience gathering requirements and gap analysis.
• Strong troubleshooting across business and technical teams.
• Experience creating test plans, scripts, user documentation, and training materials.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar tools.
• Experience evaluating Oracle quarterly patches and release testing.
• Proven leadership of Business Analysts and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Team Lead - FPM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials professional to lead Finance systems initiatives, period-end close support, and a team of Business Analysts. This role will drive business process improvements, system enhancements, roadmap delivery, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring the stability and effectiveness of Finance applications.

• Experience with business requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and process consulting.
• Strong troubleshooting and issue‑resolution skills across business and technical teams.
• Experience creating test plans, test scripts, user documentation, and training materials.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar project management tools.
• Experience evaluating Oracle quarterly patches and conducting release testing.
• Proven leadership experience managing Business Analysts and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud Certifications.
• Expertise in Oracle OTBI reporting and analytics.
• Experience supporting global Finance organizations.
• Knowledge of Finance data governance, controls, and compliance processes.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.\
