Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Assessment Office team, ensuring operational excellence and resource allocation.
  • Oversee timely and accurate completion of assessment and examination processes, including ad-hoc tasks from higher management.
  • Ensure full departmental compliance with academic regulations and university policies.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, students, and stakeholders to meet needs promptly.
  • Develop training materials and process maps; conduct trainings and refreshers.
  • Regularly review staff availability for calls and queues to ensure tasks meet SLA targets; support fellow Team Leaders.
  • Maintain up-to-date process maps for all team operations.

Nature of The Job
  • The Team Leader will manage the Assessment Office team, ensuring all back-office processes run smoothly and in accordance with Client policies. This role involves collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver high standards of service and operational efficiency.
JobPurpose
  • Responsible for leading the Assessment Office team in Hyderabad, Team Leader will ensure adherence to operating procedures and deliver a business-critical service to the Client. The role involves managing the delivery of assessments, ensuring compliance, overseeing the progression of team members, and supporting the team in achieving set targets and service level agreements (SLAs).

Training and Development
  • Develop training materials and process maps conduct Trainings and refreshers, supporting the continuous improvement of the team.
Service Monitoring
  • Regularly review staff availability for calls, review queues to ensure tasks are completed by the team with in agreed TAT and be a support system for you fellow Team leaders.
Process Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date process maps for all team operations.

Qualification
  • Graduate level or equivalent

Relevant
Experience
  • Experience in assessment operations or a similar role for 3-5 years and with overall experience of 6-10 years.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Change management and process improvement expertise
