Job summary

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a well-established contracting company based in the Middle East. They seek an Architectural Team Lead to lead the architectural team in delivering high-rise mixed-use projects, ensuring design quality, technical coordination, BIM compliance, and timely execution.

You will manage architects, BIM modellers, and drafting teams, coordinate with structural, MEP, and project management groups, and ensure compliance with codes and QA/QC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• 7–10 years in contracting/Construction companies, including min 3 years as a team leader.
• Strong experience in high-rise mixed-use projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and Autodesk.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and technical skill.

Responsibilities
