Job summary

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established contracting company based in the Middle East. The Structural Team Lead will lead and manage a team of structural engineers and drafters for high-rise, mixed‑use projects, ensuring technical quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires oversight of calculations, drawings, QA/QC, and coordination with architectural, MEP, BIM, and construction teams, plus strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in contracting/construction, incl. 3+ years as a team leader.
• Experience in high-rise mixed-use projects.
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, Revit, and BIM coordination.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage structural engineering teams.
• Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, BIM, and construction teams.
