Job summary

Black & Grey HR on behalf of a well-established Middle East contracting client seeks an Architectural Team Lead to guide the architectural team in delivering high-rise mixed-use projects, ensuring design quality, BIM coordination, and timely execution.

Responsibilities include leading architects and BIM modellers, coordinating with structural, MEP, and façade teams, reviewing drawings and submittals, and enforcing QA/QC and local codes for constructability reviews and project progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• 7–10 years experience in contracting/construction.
• Minimum 3 years in a team leadership role.
• Experience with high-rise mixed-use projects.
