Base LPA : 3.0 to 3.5 Lakhs PA

9 Figures Club Pvt Ltd is a dynamic company that builds profitable e-commerce brands and offers top-notch advertising solutions through their agency, Adex.

Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports and insights to drive continuous optimization.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify new opportunities for campaign growth and improvement.

Conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and implement data-driven optimizations to drive campaign performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly with Meta (formerly Facebook Ads) and Google Ads.

Solid understanding of digital advertising concepts, platforms, and tools.

Proficient in data analysis using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Experience : 1-2 years ( preferably)

Work Timings and Leave Policy :

( Offering in office and remote flexibility )

Monday to Saturday ( 10 AM - 6 PM )

Office Location: Vasai West, 401202

Post probation 24 Paid leaves are allowed a year, which includes a compulsory 4-day block leave for self-care.
