Job summary

Akshara Finalytics in Telangana, India seeks an experienced accounting leader to manage and review an 8–10 person team, ensuring accurate reporting and timely deliverables.

The role requires deep knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Xero, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with US and Canadian clients across overlapping hours during night shifts.

Night shift position offering exposure to outsourcing work and SOP development.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in US/Canadian accounting or outsourcing.
• Strong review skills to ensure accounting accuracy.
• Experience allocating tasks, monitoring productivity, and ensuring timely deliverables.
• Night-shift availability to cover US/Canada hours.
