Job summary

ISDC Projects seeks a Team Lead Admissions & Operations to drive admissions and campus operations at Jain University Campus, Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi. You will lead the Admissions & Operations team and coordinate with academic and administrative departments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong leadership, and a track record in sales, admissions, or campus operations. You will monitor inquiries, counseling, enrollment, and ensure compliance with university policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Proven experience in a Team Lead role, preferably in handling Sales, Admissions, Education, or Campus Operations.
• Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Admissions & Operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Drive student admissions by monitoring inquiry management, follow-ups, counseling, and enrollment processes.
• Supervise admission executives and counselors to achieve enrollment targets.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure seamless student onboarding.
• Monitor operational processes, documentation, and compliance with university policies.
• Prepare and analyze admission reports, team performance, and operational metrics.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Ensure exceptional service and support for prospective students, parents, and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance the student experience.
