Jain University invites an experienced professional to lead the Admissions & Operations team at our Kochi campus (Infopark, Kakkanad). You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive the admissions pipeline, and supervise admission executives to meet enrollment targets.

This in-person role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate across academic and administrative departments to ensure smooth onboarding and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven experience in a Team Lead role, preferably in handling Sales team, Admissions, Education, or Campus Operations.
• Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
