Job summary

The role requires CPC/CCS/COC/AHIMA certification, familiarity with E&M guidelines, and a full-time, day-shift, on-site work arrangement. Prior stakeholder management is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of Medical Coding (E&M – Surgery) experience.
• Strong team handling and stakeholder-management skills.
• Certification mandatory: CPC/CCS/COC/AHIMA.
• Any Graduate with relevant coding experience.

• Manage attendance, discipline, and performance improvement plans.
