Job summary

Policybazaar in Delhi is seeking an experienced Team Leader for outbound sales. You will lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic team to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets through proactive B2B and B2C outreach.

Key responsibilities include coaching on pitches, handling objections, closing high-value deals, and ensuring process compliance while delivering regular MIS reports to management. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Leader in outbound sales.
• Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales environments.
• Strong background in managing outbound sales teams.
• Experience in Insurance/Fintech sales is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
