Job summary

Lighthouse Learning seeks a trained educator to drive franchise excellence by familiarizing educators with the Lighthouse Learning philosophy and training them in new products and programs. The role involves implementing EK curriculum and ensuring alignment across franchise partners.

Responsibilities include pre-service and in-service training, equipment training, FIP, and teacher training, plus assisting in hiring franchise staff and coordinating with special needs support where needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate ECCEd / Montessori trained or NTT with 3-4 years pre-primary teaching experience.

Job description

Purpose:

The role holder will drive excellence at the Franchise partner set up by familiarizing educators with Lighthouse Learning philosophy; train them in new products & programs and facilitate implementation of EK curriculum

Role and responsibilities:

1. To facilitate franchise effectiveness by:

• Providing pre-service and In-service training for all partners


• Conducting Equipment training, Franchise Induction Program (FIP) and Teacher training


• Building strong rapport with partners and supporting them on the implementation of key initiatives and compliance


• Training EuroKids Centers for India and International Markets


• Assisting in hiring franchise staff.

2. To ensure academic excellence by:

• Ensuring regular training at franchise and cluster level.


• Measuring and improving satisfaction levels of internal as well as external customers through Parent Orientation Program (POP), Parental Workshops, or any other Parent Interactive sessions.


• Conducting teacher workshops, providing teacher observation reports, and providing feedback for class observation.


• Collaborating in the planning, designing, and implementation of teaching modules.


• Undertaking quality checks for effective academic execution of curriculum.


• Coordinating with the special needs department to support teachers in delivering successful sessions.

Experience and Qualification:

Graduate E.C.C.Ed. / Montessori trained/ NTT females with 3-4 years of pre-primary teaching experience.
