• Experience in user access management, role configuration, and permissions.
• Ability to analyze logs and identify root causes of issues.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
• Understanding of SQL queries and database concepts.
• Exposure to Windchill upgrades, patches, and system monitoring.
• Knowledge of CAD integrations such as Creo, AutoCAD, CATIA, NX, or SolidWorks.
