Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor procurement KPIs and supplier performance.
• Assess supplier capabilities, pricing, and compliance with contractual terms.
• Support vendor selection and onboarding processes.
• Drive supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance.
• Create sourcing projects within ERP systems.
• Conduct commercial negotiations with suppliers.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and business requirements.
• Perform risk analysis and mitigation planning.
• Conduct market intelligence and market trend analysis.
• Perform spend analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
• Drive Capex and Opex savings initiatives as a KPI.
• Lead bid evaluation and supplier selection activities.
• Create and maintain savings reports using Power BI.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
• Identify inefficiencies in procurement workflows and propose improvements.
• Support automation and digitization initiatives in procurement operations.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor contract terms and proactively identify risks or deviations.
• Apply category management principles and Kraljic Matrix for strategic decisions
