Responsibilities

• Manage the PR to PO conversion process.
• Support sourcing and procurement activities in accordance with business requirements.
• Manage contracts and ensure adherence to terms with suppliers.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding activities and maintain supplier records.
• Participate in vendor negotiations and supplier engagement activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Handle procurement requests and resolve stakeholder queries promptly.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance in daily operational activities.
• Prepare and publish reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain procurement documentation and records as per process guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational targets.
• Handle confidential business information professionally.
• Support continuous process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
