Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Transformation: Lead sourcing projects; conduct RFPs/RFQs; benchmarking and risk assessments.
• Cost Optimization: Identify savings opportunities; track realized savings; support cost reduction initiatives.

Job Description

The Transformation Manager - IT Procurement will lead procurement transformation initiatives by designing and executing category-specific transformation strategies and sourcing programs. The role requires strong domain expertise in procurement, market intelligence, spend analytics, supplier management, and strategic sourcing to drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, and business value.

The incumbent will analyze market trends, material indices, category cost structures, procurement data, supplier performance, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models to support strategic decision-making. Strong understanding of the Kraljic Matrix and category segmentation methodologies will be critical for maximizing procurement outcomes.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect and consolidate procurement data from multiple stakeholders.
• Analyze procurement and spend data to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and potential cost savings.
• Develop and manage procurement dashboards, KPI reports, and performance scorecards.
• Drive savings reporting and visualization using Power BI and other analytical tools.
• Generate actionable insights through market intelligence and category analytics.

Supplier Evaluation & Management

• Evaluate supplier capabilities, pricing structures, performance metrics, and compliance requirements.
• Support supplier selection, qualification, and onboarding activities.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance, quality compliance, and service levels.
• Develop supplier strategies to improve reliability, quality, and cost efficiency.

Strategic Sourcing & Transformation

• Create and manage sourcing projects within ERP platforms.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives and procurement transformation programs.
• Conduct sourcing events, RFPs, RFQs, and commercial negotiations.
• Perform spend analysis, market analysis, and supplier benchmarking.
• Conduct procurement risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with organizational objectives.
• Drive procurement decisions using category management and Kraljic Matrix principles.

Cost Optimization

• Identify and drive both Capex and Opex savings opportunities.
• Develop value-creation initiatives and sourcing strategies to maximize business benefits.
• Track, validate, and report realized procurement savings.
• Support cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.

Contract Management & Compliance

• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Review contract terms and identify risks, obligations, and deviations.
• Support contract lifecycle management and supplier governance processes.

Process Improvement & Digital Transformation

• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvement initiatives.
• Drive procurement standardization, automation, and digitization programs.
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across procurement functions.
