• Coordinate with expeditors to expedite overdue PO status.

• Prepare and publish Supply/Demand balance reports.
• Maintain optimal inventory and prevent stock-outs or over-ordering.
• Drive process improvements across planning operations.

Job Description

The Associate - Supply Planning (SCM) will be responsible for managing supply planning activities by analyzing supply-demand requirements, monitoring inventory availability, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring uninterrupted material availability. The role requires effective use of ERP systems, reporting tools, and planning methodologies to drive operational excellence and support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Review exception messages generated by ERP systems and take appropriate actions.
• Analyze supply and demand requirements to ensure material availability.
• Collaborate with Upstream and Downstream Supply Chain teams for planning and execution activities.
• Raise material requirements in the system through internal or external sourcing channels.
• Monitor overdue receipt reports and follow up on pending deliveries.
• Coordinate with Expeditors to obtain overdue purchase order status and expedite deliveries.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve supply chain exceptions and planning issues.
• Report and escalate critical supply chain issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and publish Supply/Demand balance reports.
• Ensure optimum inventory levels and prevent stock-outs or over-ordering situations.
• Maintain planning accuracy and achieve turnaround time (TAT) targets as defined in SLAs.
• Drive process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support process standardization and simplification efforts across planning operations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to improve planning efficiency and operational performance.
