The Associate - Sourcing & Procurement will be responsible for supporting sourcing initiatives, procurement operations, supplier engagement, and procurement service delivery. The role involves managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from requisition to purchase order creation, supplier coordination, bid management, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and procurement operations activities.
• Execute Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) conversion processes.
• Create, amend, and track Purchase Orders in ERP platforms such as SAP and Ariba.
• Follow up with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain Vendor Master Data and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Support Procurement Helpdesk activities and resolve procurement-related queries.
• Lead sourcing projects and support category management initiatives.
• Build, execute, and manage RFPs, RFQs, and sourcing events.
• Evaluate supplier responses and conduct commercial comparisons.
• Coordinate bid clarification discussions with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Conduct supplier negotiations to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and sourcing needs.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
• Support cost optimization and value-generation initiatives.
• Prepare sourcing and procurement reports for management review.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and turnaround time (TAT) as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
