Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an experienced Talent Operations professional to act as PMO for the Talent Management CoE, driving governance, data integrity, and enterprise metrics across regions.

The role partners with global stakeholders to design and implement governance forums, dashboards, and engagement programs while overseeing budget and change management for L1 Talent Strategy initiatives.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years in talent operations, HR ops, or HR business partnering in a global, matrixed org.
  • Experience designing governance structures, operating models, and enterprise-scale decision-tracking.
  • Strong data analytics, reporting, and single source of truth maintenance for HR/talent data.
  • Budget planning, financial oversight, and resource allocation for HR/talent functions.
  • Proven ability to plan and lead organizational change management and adoption initiatives.
  • Experience with employee listening, engagement measurement, and translating data into action.
  • Excellent project management across multi-workstream initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s in HR/Business; advanced degree or HR certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain enterprise guardrails, standards, and operating norms for the Talent Management CoE
  • Design, implement, and sustain governance forums, operating cadences, and decision-tracking mechanisms
  • Facilitate Talent Council operations including agenda development, meeting facilitation, and follow-through tracking
  • Build and maintain enterprise talent metrics frameworks, KPI definitions, and status dashboards for enterprise visibility
  • Serve as the single source of truth for talent data; ensure data quality across regions
  • Lead the Vertiv Listening Strategy; act as SME for employee survey tools and engagement measurement
  • Manage budget planning and financial oversight for L1 Talent Strategy initiatives and CoE operating expenses
  • Lead change management planning and execution for CoE transitions, adoption initiatives, and new capability rollouts
  • Coordinate with talent leaders and HRBP on local execution, feedback integration, and regional alignment; partner with PM&T Systems on governance, reporting, data integrity workstreams

Talent Operation

s functions as the project management office (PMO) and governance hub for Vertiv's Talent Management Center of Excellence. This role is accountable for driving operational excellence through robust governance, enterprise metrics, standardized processes, and disciplined execution. It serves as the central steward of talent data and employee listening insights, ensuring decisions are evidence-based and aligned with enterprise objectives. As a key connector across global stakeholders, the position leverages strong project management and coordination skills to advance strategic talent priorities and enable consistent execution worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Manage budget planning and financial oversight for L1 Talent Strategy initiatives and CoE operating expenses
  • Lead change management planning and execution for CoE transitions, adoption initiatives, and new capability rollouts
  • Coordinate with talent leaders and HRBP point of contacts on local execution, feedback integration, and regional alignmentPartner with Performance Management & Talent Systems lead on shared governance, reporting, and data integrity workstreams
Qualifications
  • Experience: at least 5 years in talent operations, HR operations, or HR business partnering in a global, matrixed organization
  • Governance & Process: Expertise in designing and sustaining governance structures, operating models, and decision-tracking frameworks at enterprise scale
  • Data Management: Strong data management, analytics, and reporting skills; experience maintaining single source of truth for HR or talent data
  • Budget & Finance: Demonstrated experience in budget planning, financial oversight, and resource allocation for HR or talent functions
  • Change Management: Proven ability to plan and execute organizational change management, communication plans, and adoption initiatives
  • Employee Listening: Experience / expertise in employee engagement measurement, survey tools, and translating listening data into action
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and experience managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication; skilled at synthesizing complex data for executive and cross-functional audiences
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certifications preferred
