Job summary

Amor Management Consultants in Chennai, Tamil Nadu seeks an experienced Talent Management professional to drive end-to-end talent and performance initiatives aligned with business strategy.

You will lead performance management, succession planning and calibration, drive talent exposure and development initiatives, and ensure governance of programs and policies across India. The role requires collaboration with HRBPs and business leaders to translate strategy into actionable talent programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end Talent Management processes, including Hi-Potential identification, development and retention.
• Implement Performance Management processes covering goal setting, regular check-ins, performance improvement, calibration and performance decisions.
• Lead Succession Planning to build a strong internal talent pipeline for critical roles.
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to drive Talent and Performance Management initiatives aligned with business strategy.
• Lead talent and performance calibration processes across India and ensure effective governance of talent programs and policies.
• Drive Talent Exposure and development initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and implement relevant Talent Management best practices to enhance employee and leadership effectiveness.
• Manage external vendors and SLAs supporting Talent Management programs.
