Job summary

MetaMorph in Mumbai is seeking a proactive Tech Talent Associate to join the Talent Acquisition team. You will execute end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across startup clients in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in technology recruitment, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple openings while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Startup hiring experience is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in hiring for technology roles (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, QA, DevOps, Data, Product, Engineering).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology positions across multiple clients.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking and other recruitment channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify relevant talent pools.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Follow up on interview feedback, offers and candidate joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
