Job summary

Savvytree is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to support recruitment consulting for external clients across agency and brand ecosystems.

You will source and screen candidates, build pipelines, and draft job descriptions while coordinating interviews and client communications to ensure a smooth hiring journey.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a BA/MA in HR, BA, Psychology, Marketing.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consulting, and Human Resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms is preferred.
• Prior internship or exposure to recruitment is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social channels.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future client needs.
• Screen candidates through telephonic and virtual interviews.
• Draft client-ready job descriptions and hiring strategies.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment consulting team. Unlike traditional in-house recruitment roles, this position focuses on hiring for external clients across both agency and brand ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

Recruitment & talent sourcing

• Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future client requirements.
• Conduct proactive candidate outreach and engagement.

Client hiring support

• Work on recruitment mandates for clients across brands, agencies, startups, and digital-first organisations.
• Support hiring across roles such as Copywriters & Copy Leads, Creative Strategists, Graphic Designers & Design Leads, Performance Marketers, Social Media Managers, Content Specialists, Account Managers, Digital Marketing Professionals, and other marketing and creative leadership positions.

Screening & assessment

• Conduct preliminary telephonic and virtual screening interviews.
• Evaluate candidates on experience, role fit, communication skills, cultural alignment, and career aspirations.
• Prepare candidate assessment notes and recommendations for clients.

Hiring strategy & job description development

• Collaborate with HR Leads and Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements in depth.
• Draft customised job descriptions aligned with client expectations and market requirements.
• Develop tailored sourcing and hiring strategies for niche and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
• Act as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and internal recruitment teams.
• Ensure seamless communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Recruitment operations & reporting

• Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment documentation.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and turnaround times (TAT).
• Generate recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and service-level expectations.
• Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Maintain regular communication and timely feedback with candidates.

Qualifications
