Job summary

Attero is seeking an experienced Recruiter - R&D Hiring for our R&D Centre in Greater Noida. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for technical and R&D positions, requiring hands-on sourcing, screening and interview coordination.

You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines and manage offers to closures. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Talent Acquisition, with proven experience in R&D or technical hiring, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience in R&D or technical hiring is mandatory.
• Experience handling multiple technical roles simultaneously.
• Proficient in sourcing, screening and interview coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for R&D and technical positions, from sourcing to offer closure and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role expectations and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for R&D, engineering and other technical talent.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and databases.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and fit.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds and candidate discussions.
• Maintain a strong pipeline for current and upcoming R&D roles.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and managers throughout the process.
• Manage offer discussions, compensation alignment, and joining formalities.
• Track recruitment metrics and keep ATS/HRMS data accurate.
• Build a strong talent network for niche R&D roles.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter - R&D Hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team at our R&D Centre in Greater Noida.

The ideal candidate should have prior hands-on experience in R&D hiring and be comfortable managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and R&D positions. The role will involve understanding specialized technical requirements, identifying relevant talent, managing stakeholders, and ensuring timely closure of critical positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for R&D and technical positions, from sourcing to offer closure and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role expectations and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for R&D, engineering and other technical talent.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases and other relevant channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, role fit and organizational requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate discussions and coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
• Maintain a strong and active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming R&D requirements.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage offer discussions, compensation alignment, documentation and joining formalities.
• Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline status, offer-to-join ratio and hiring progress.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure timely updates in the ATS/HR systems.
• Build and maintain a strong talent network for niche and specialized R&D roles.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives for attracting high-quality technical talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Mandatory: Prior experience in R&D hiring / technical hiring.
• Experience handling multiple technical positions simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of sourcing, screening and interview coordination processes.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring for R&D, Engineering, Product Development or other technical functions.
• Ability to understand technical JDs and translate hiring requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• Experience with niche/skill-based hiring and passive candidate sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS/HRMS platforms and recruitment reporting.
