Job summary

Netradyne, based in Bangalore, is seeking an experienced Non-Tech Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for corporate functions including Customer Success, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, and Sales. This contract role requires partnering with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent and a stellar candidate experience.

You will manage sourcing, screenings, interviews, offers, and joining, while maintaining ATS data and providing hiring reports. 5-7 years TA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition for non-technical roles.
• Experience recruiting for corporate functions (HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and more).
• Proficiency in sourcing, interviewing, and offer management; strong stakeholder management.
• Experience with ATS platforms Greenhouse and Workday.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred; experience in a fast-growing tech company is a plus.
