Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job type: Full Time · Department: People & Culture · Work type: On-Site

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Digantara is a leading Space Surveillance and Intelligence company focused on ensuring orbital safety and sustainability. With expertise in space-based detection, tracking, identification, and monitoring, Digantara provides comprehensive domain awareness across regimes, allowing end users to have actionable intelligence on a single platform.

At the core of its infrastructure lies a sophisticated integration of hardware and software capabilities aligned with the key principles of situational awareness: perception (data collection), comprehension (data processing), and prediction (analytics). This holistic approach empowers Digantara to monitor all Resident Space Objects (RSOs) in orbit, fostering comprehensive domain awareness.

About the role:

We are looking for a recruiter who knows how to spot builders. People who think clearly, work with care and raise the bar. • Write simple and clear job descriptions that show the real work, not noise
  • Build sourcing strategies that reach people who usually do not apply
  • Own hiring for engineering and product roles across levels
  • Assess how candidates solve problems, how they think and how they collaborate
  • Create an honest and smooth candidate experience
  • Coordinate interviews with care so the team can judge talent well
  • Share hiring insights and shape better ways of working
  • Build long term talent pools and keep relationships warm
  • Help us hold a high bar for every hire

  • Strong communication and relationship skills
  • Ability to manage many roles while keeping a calm and clear process
  • Deep sense of ownership and pride in your craft
Preferred Qualities:
  • Experience hiring for fast-moving product or deep tech teams
  • Comfort speaking with senior engineers and PMs

General Requirements:
