• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.
• Experience with job portals like LinkedIn and Naukri, along with HRMS/ATS platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, with a structured approach to tracking and closing roles and the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for business and corporate functions for assigned roles, from understanding hiring requirements to offer closure and joining.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and translate them into a clear hiring brief.
• Source and build a pipeline of qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal mobility, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial conversations to assess fit for the role and readiness to move forward in the process.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Drive candidate communication, follow-ups and offer discussions to ensure strong engagement and timely closures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and hiring data in the ATS/HRMS.
• Support employer branding initiatives, hiring campaigns and other talent acquisition projects as the organisation scales.
