Job summary

Nirmal Industrial Control Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Executive/Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition to own end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines and drive campus hiring.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage direct sourcing channels like Naukri and LinkedIn, and contribute to recruitment analytics and employer branding. The role requires 3–5 years of TA experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/industrial environment from our Thane

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment with direct sourcing through Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Experience in campus relations and planning/executing campus recruitment drives preferred.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
• Good communication, stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Experience with ATS, recruitment technology or HRMS is an advantage.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, engineering or similar industries is a plus.

About the Role

Nirmal Industrial Control Pvt. Ltd. is a growing organization operating in the industrial automation, flow control and valve solutions space.

We are looking for an energetic and driven Talent Acquisition professional to join our growing HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, building strong talent pipelines, engaging with campuses and contributing to the growth of a dynamic industrial organization.

In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to attract and hire the right talent across multiple functions. The role will Offer exposure to direct sourcing, talent mapping, campus hiring, candidate experience, recruitment analytics, employer branding and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to candidate joining.
• Understand manpower requirements and work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, consultants and other relevant channels.
• Drive direct sourcing initiatives to strengthen the organization's internal talent acquisition capability.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Manage offer discussions, documentation and pre-joining engagement to improve the offer-to-joining ratio.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

2. Talent Mapping & Pipeline Building

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, niche and recurring positions.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research for key roles and skill segments.
• Develop and maintain a structured candidate database for future hiring requirements.
• Explore and develop new sourcing channels to strengthen direct hiring capability.
• Proactively identify relevant talent pools and build pipelines aligned with future business requirements.

3. Campus Relations & Campus Hiring

• Build and maintain relationships with engineering colleges, management institutes and other relevant educational institutions.
• Coordinate with placement cells and campus representatives for internship, Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET), Management Trainee (MT) and entry-level hiring.
• Plan and execute campus recruitment drives, including pre placement activities, assessments, interviews and selection processes.
• Develop a strong campus talent pipeline aligned with the organization's future workforce requirements.
• Support initiatives to strengthen Nirmal's employer brand among campuses and early-career talent.

4. Recruitment Operations & Analytics

• Maintain recruitment MIS and track key hiring metrics.
• Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates to hiring managers & stakeholders.
• Track sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, offer-to-joining ratio and other relevant recruitment metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Support initiatives related to recruitment technology, ATS and Talent Acquisition process improvement.
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment. Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing through Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Experience in campus relations and planning/executing campus recruitment drives will be preferred.
• Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
• Good communication, stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Experience in working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), recruitment technology or HRMS will be an added advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering or similar industries will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing organization.
