Lenskart in Pune is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for sales roles, optometrists, and store managers. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, maintain the ATS, and drive timely hires across Maharashtra.

• Maintain and update applicant tracking system.
• Conduct Campus Drive, Walk-in drive.
