Lenskart in Navi Mumbai is seeking a dynamic recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring for Sales roles, Optometrist & Store managers. You will source, screen, and interview candidates and maintain the applicant tracking system to ensure timely hires.

Travel up to 40% may be required as you collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing targets in a fast-paced environment with competitive compensation and growth opportunities.
