Job summary

Lenskart in Mumbai is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for Sales roles, Optometrist, and Store managers. You will drive volume hiring for the Mumbai region and partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

The role requires campus and walk-in drives, strong ATS and Excel skills, and the ability to negotiate and deliver timely, quality hires under pressure. Travel up to 40% is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Recruitment.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Sales roles, Optometrist & Store managers.
• Will be responsible for fulfilling hiring requirement for Mumbai region.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates effectively.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system.
• Conduct Campus Drive, Walk-in drive.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Travel when necessary (up to 40%).
• Ensure timely and quality hiring under pressure.
• Strong stakeholder management to ensure hiring targets are met.

• Handling volume of at least 35+ joiners a month
• Familiarity with online job hunting websites
• Effective negotiating skills
• Good knowledge of ATS and Excel
